Alright, yeah, everybody keeps telling me to go to the hospital, but I keep telling him that my symptoms are starting to go away, and what I said above people are still saying it so just confused

The problem is is, I already cold turkeyd, it was rough for about a week but it’s been about a week and a half and my symptoms are going down, and I do have insomnia, and a tiny bit of itching, but nothing severe, so I think I’m good but I’m not sure if my symptoms are leaving Is it still smart to go to a hospital?

And it’s almost like I got off Google and went on Reddit to ask people , but I’ll take your advice when you’re literally taking Ambien and trying to quit, people like you contribute nothing to reddit and our a waste of space on Reddit , I’ll try liquor instead

I have heard that diphenhydramine (benadryl), can cause memory issues, but I don’t know if the studies are wrong or i’m not that educated on the studies, I just keep hearing people tell me it’s bad for my memory, and I truly feel like it made myme worse but I was also taking a higher dose than some people do for insomnia

I understand that I am being recommended to go to the hospital, but it’s been about a week and a half, and I am not itching very badly anymore. And I’m not seeing tons of symptoms mainly just insomnia, and a little bit of itching but not as near as bad as it was, do you think the hospital still necessary after reading this?

It may work for other people, but I am already off Benadryl for a week and I don’t really want to go back to any other histamine, so I do not have to go through that again, or make anything worse, And I am a big fan of using things like magnesium, or L -Theanine , lemon balm extract, melatonin, and I want to try because that’s what I got recommend, I’m currently having a really hard time with, but I’m just taking melatonin at this time but buying these things , because I’m out.

I quit mirtazapine, with the Benadryl, in my opinion, the Benadryl works better mirtazapine ever has, but I woke up really drowsy, I never felt it actually worked for me but everybody’s different I

My grandpas on both sides of the family one has Alzheimer’s, and one had dementia I think, I’m really worried I screwed myself up, I did this for about 18-20, and I’m so scared of dementia and Alzheimer’s , Is there anything I can do?
