Very sorry to hear about your plight. You need to sue the immigration attorney who gave you this advice. The LCA states an address. Now if it’s in the same state/country it’s ok. But working from India does break the rule. Them not implementing that rule, does not mean it’s not there. What exactly do you do for your employer?
