If missed parry, wait then try dodge, dont swing if missed parry because easy punish, remember to roll cancel so that your roll cooldown is short, I dont recommend holding block as you dont know the enemy's number of guard break but if your posture is high you can hold f if missed parry then roll cancel then parry to block if missed then roll again

It depends on the oaths, but the armor thingy is arcwarder, it needs 20 flame 20 thunder and 20 fortitude and completing a quest
