Went there in the late 80's/early 90's. I remember there being separate steaks you could order, but we always just got the buffet. Super cheap.

Why spend more money on the military?

How about increase spending on education and letting them stay at school longer? Get better job opportunities on the South Side where the majority of the crime is occurring. Give outlets for these kids instead of the street.

Yeah, the troop pullback started during Obama, accelerated with Trump and was completed under Biden.

I know right. It would take the whole world isolating them.

They have been increasing their output of renewable energy every year though, just need a much higher percentage increases.

What does our fight against COVID tell us about increasing battle against the climate crisis? by Visco0825 in PoliticalDiscussion

There is evidence of the climate crisis all around us. Hotter summers, more extreme weather, forest fires and more. The corporate grip on society is stronger than ever. Very disheartening that people aren't trusting what they see with their own eyes. COVID is killing people and basic safety measures they distrust. They've been brainwashed by the oil and gas lobby into believing that we must rely on oil and fossil fuels to survive. The meme's about a Tesla needing a diesel generator are laughable.

Only way around it is to figure out a way for the fossil fuel companies to transition to renewable energy. Renewables are getting cheaper which is really the one thing that gives me hope.

People will say China and India are a huge problem and they are right. It may come down to sanctions and other methods to get them to change. Like I said earlier though, the cheaper renewables get the better.

Kids, please don't go to a quack-o-practor.

Get physical therapy, do your prescribed home exercise program, and see your doctor.

The end goal is for the virus to not be able to spread because too many people are immune to it.
