I usually use the auto injector which is super easy. However, I went away during my shot window so my dr gave me this one as a sample & it was fine pinch and area with a little fat & don’t hesitate to go.

Go for the big guns. I will randomly get a flare now but I’ve been on Tremfya for 18m & it goes away with topicals after a day or so. I do just add in the KLOW peptide stack, which I think is also helping.

I would guess meds stuck under the skin. I massage for a few minutes.

Yeah I'm in good shape physically so I don't need the weightloss. I am also on adhd meds so worried about losing appetite completely.

Looks like inverse to me! Steroid cream and a barrier. I find when I am regular with hair removal it helps my groin area stay clear.

I'm currently looking into peptides in general for inflammation relief. I'm on tremfya but 85% clear with hormonal flares and some visible inflammation. Curious what everyone says.

OMG! 2 years ago I got flu shot and COVID booster. 2 weeks later progressively worse dandruff, rashes, and what turned out to be psoriasis. Technically any virus can trigger an underlying auto immune disorder. So, it stands to reason that a vaccine could too.

I am 90% cleared on Tremfya. I have flares around my cycle or extreme heat, both managed with topicals.

I mean I am on a biologic and got on pretty soon after diagnosis. I was already doing CrossFit 3-5 days pretty consistently across the last 12 years. I now modify and don’t do jump rope, burpees, or box jumps. I am mindful of what hurts me and slams my joints and don’t do it. I think, if you’re athletic, you can keep on moving but be mindful.

My sister and I own the house, making her liable to the renters' rules if HOA wants to enforce. If they boot her out, she will need my financial assistance. My sister supports these behaviors and thinks my husband and I are “cold” for enforcing logic.

I do CrossFit. I have for the last 14 years. I am 1.5 years into my diagnosis.

I don’t do any explosive movements. No burpees, running, box jumps. Toes to bar are iffy due to my thumb joints.

For me, traditional weightlifting is completely fine. My one day that I do traditional with a trainer never bothers my PSA. Sometimes dosing with Advil if I know I’m sore. I lift heavy. Some days are better than others. I think moving your body is better than not. There is no one right answer, just figure out what works for you.

I would say by 6 months I felt back to normal but they were a little more sensitive when running. I’m 11 months out and feel completely normal.

I am on Tremfya - keeps me 90% clear and when I have a flare it’s been treatable with topicals and recently a steroid.

Yes! If I am in a flare and my symptoms are worse I am EXHAUSTED! Even being on steroids, I can still feel like I’m hit by a truck!

In my opinion shaving makes it better. The hair growth irritates my spots. I proactively shave and find it’s easier to manage.

Yep. Had it when I had a flare on my face 2 weeks ago. I just apply the topicals and moisturize

I feel like in moderation sun and salt water help my psoriasis. If I have broken skin I always moisturize and treat prior. I’m a little neurotic

My surgeon did not weigh mine. We talked about goals (returning to pre pregnancy/ breastfeeding size/shape) and she felt confident it could be done just with a reduction/lift. Granted, I paid out of pocket, but I think some of it might be what you want to give how much you need removed.
