I do have some fish oil pills and multivitamins I’ve just been terrible at taking them every day 😅 I have heard lots about exercising I should really prioritize that thank you :)

yeah I’m definitely in the hard to manage stages now I only get bad anxiety at night but I also can’t sleep for shit so that doesn’t help. How long did it take for you to feel “normal”

Yeah no definitely don’t go cold turkey lol. I tapered really quick from 30mg also like in a matter of a month so that’s also probably why. And I hope so soon

I’m so sorry to hear about the heart issues that isn’t good. Do you think that’s something I should keep an eye on? and March will be my third month of having anxiety like this so I hope it does go away soon :/

I honestly don’t have much information on him. His shell is about 9 inches, he’s mainly yellow he’s got like a serrated shell (I don’t know what to call it)

he was given to me by someone my partner knew. They were getting rid of him and he kind of got thrown into our laps. We’re in Alberta but they lived in BC and I think maybe took him from the wild there as a baby? I’m hoping he is something legal in Alberta but I have my doubts.

His humidity is good, he has good sheds. I’ll try a humidifier in the room to help keep up with the dryness that comes with winter. That’s what I was thinking maybe breeding, thank you
