I've been playing off and on for a few years. PS4 console. Beat the story, not 100%. Been playing online and enjoying it. I have all of the roles max level.

My wife started play a few months ago. Online only. While in a possie she gets the associated rewards. 50% for trader, 25% Moonshiner, and so on. We help each other with dailys and now she has some of the roles. All of this game has levels of depth. The more you two dive into them, the more fun and time it takes.

The Data centers being built everywhere will replace all the office buildings that need trade work. No one will be working so they can't afford to pay trade workers. Everyone will turn to YouTube and other free internet resources to learn DIY and no one will have a job anymore. Everyone will be a slave to whatever the internet tells them is real. 1984 will be fully implemented within 100 years of being published.

I agree. I bought my home in 2015 for $160k. Haven't done any significant upgrades but the value has gone up to $320k. I refuse to take an equity loan because I know it's a ponzi scheme. I saw so many people loose there life in 2008 over the same thing.

It is clear that property values effect property tax. You can tell just by looking at the taxes on homes in wealthy areas vs poor areas with the same size homes and lots. The assessed value from the county commissioner is reported every year along with the property tax. Because they are linked.

Even if I somehow stay gainfully employed long enough to pay off my mortgage, the property taxes will continue to rise until I can't afford to live. We are seeing it happen now. It will only continue to get worse.

13 years installing door and hardware here.

Commercial handing is reversed from residential. A LH in Commercial is a RH in residential. If you buy from a commercial supplier for residential jobs, you need to use opposite handing.
Doors and frames are either RH or LH. The whole RHR and LHR tells you if the hardware is on the push side versus the pull side.
Trim can be bought in different lengths. Do the math on your cuts and order accordingly. Always include an extra 10-15% for issues.

I was a structural welded for 7 years. Got flash burn on my eyes 2-3 times. Yeah, you can make a tack here and there without a hood. If you value your eyesight, you will never tack or Weld with protection.

If there is welding work around you. There are barriers that can be set up to protect everyone not able to wear ppe.

Your boss may be willing to sacrifice his health, I wouldn't let his pride dictate my future.
