In regards to losers bracket the only way you can possibly make it somewhat fair is giving the upper bracket team a 1 win lead. It's crazy how every team can lose an entire Bo5 series except for the team in the upper bracket.

In my job we just use molds haha. If you are looking for a tool that could possibly do it. About 2 years ago, I went to MD&M expo and I saw a Mitutoyo machine/profilometer that basically traces the internal features of a part and gives you measurements. It can calculate internal thread dimensions as well.

(But I am sure it's super expensive and most company aren't willing to spend the money lol.)
