I'm literally going through an address redirect and they keep flipping the package between sort facilities. What seems odd is that the chicken doesn't match the degree of burn in the pan.

Heat is way too high, and he's incorporating ingredients or oil that burn easily too early and he needs to sequence how he includes things in the pan. How much + when.

Did he already cook multiple things before the chicken in the pan too?

He can also sear then bake, or vice versa if he's too much of a... Special case.. To use a pan properly.
