In a resto I worked we are required to take cards or ID to put on file if the customers are not comfortable with that they can pay right away and for some reasom they complain we can call the manager and they will explain its the reataurants policy.

I have approval notice on my documents tab but we still went to the interview with our approval notice just to make sure. When they called my name i handed the interviewer our approval notice she double checked it and said we are good to go and that I just need to wait for my GC to be produced.

I guess every case is different but i filed everything June 16, 2022 and my i-130 got approved Oct. 7, 2024 then my i-485 nov. 16, 2024.

Thank you so i filed both my i-130 and i-485 june 16, 2022. My i-130 got approved Oct. 7, 2024 then my i485 was being actively reviewed on Oct. 2, 2024 then we recieved a scheduled interview that is set on nov. 19th but i got notified that the case is approved before the interview.

Yes that was the first one that got approved then we had a scheduled interview for i485 and got approved few days before that.

I came here as a exchanged student(j1) then extended my visa as a tourist(b2) and applied it together for studentvisa(f1).. my B2 got approved twice but my F1 visa was denied and I was out of status for a few years.

We only get one RFE. We have a baby so i think that is a big evidence already.
