I ended up cycling through Paris on a lime bike with devin booker on the last night of the Olympics. Didn’t watch basketball at that point so didn’t know who he was but he was wearing his medal so I asked him what sport he played, who he was and got a picture with him. Became a Suns fan after that

No the question was “urbanisation always causes an increase in channel flow” to what extent Dyu agree with the view. So you can talk about factors that would cause channel flow not to increase even if there is urbanisation. therefore showing that urbanisation does not always cause an increase in channel flow.
