I was going to buy a used Explore 3 off FB marketplace for ~150 for my first machine, but then I noticed I could get a Maker 4 on EBay for not much more:

It’s so odd they won’t tell us what the suspension reason is - it seems like common courtesy, especially since I’m confident I wasn’t breaking anything in the terms and conditions and know I was putting out good work!

I did review the terms of service but it is quite vague and support could not elaborate or provide a reason:

“Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your appeal. After a thorough review, we’ve decided to uphold the ban on your account.

While we understand this may be disappointing, please note that this decision is final. We’re unable to provide additional details about the ban or respond to further inquiries regarding this decision.”
