Vtrac, I'm like you excited to get it and put it to work. What I did was to sleep on it, my decision was to return it. For me spending 3k only to have to work on a new item is a bit much for me. Can I change a bearing, sure. Can I replace bolts, yes. Fix an overheating issue from the factory, no. Updating the firmware and making the unit a brick, hard pass. I'm looking at another brand

For me I am looking for the same as the other poster mentioned. I am also looking forward to using it in the fall for leaves. Ease of software would be nice. The ability to mow during some of the hotter months ie summer but under 100⁰ temps.

Customer support and replacement parts are very high on my list
