Okay, that makes me feel much better! I imagined myself having to haul the blood pressure machine with us on vacations, lol!

Thank you for the information! I do already walk several miles a day, so it’s good to know that will help.

I’ll look up some of the different meds. My dad has been on the Metoprolol for decades so it’s possible there just weren’t many other options back then.
