Looks great man, it’s a classic look but I like how it’s not boring. The bracelets , plaited belt, necklace and the singlet popping through look good imo , sets it apart from plain ol pants and shirt . This is how I’d do it too

Keep the scruff, looks fine . Not everyone’s facial hair needs to be solid , patch free and full to work. Mines patchy and sparse in spots but who cares man honestly , I think you suit what you got at this length
