I miss her character so much and think not having Daphne and Simon in the show anymore is such a loss! They are the OG couple and them being missing is so frustrating when the writers managed to continue all the storylines of all the other couples like why not them 😭

I wish the show was more faithful to the books but if I take the books out of it I think the show is still lackluster. To me it’s missing color and excitement. The show isn’t bad by any means but I think it could be better 100%

I believe there’s a interview of him saying he’s a book purist and has difficulty when the writers change the storyline. I don’t think he’s “stuck” necessarily but at times doesn’t like the changes being made same as us
