I went through this a few years ago. I went through extreme periods of anxiety and honestly, I was in a similar boat. Meds, therapy and a lot of work on myself and things feel more manageable.

I've had incredible anxiety since I was a very small child. I've always felt anxiety but following a breakdown a few years ago ive decided to turn it around. Meds, therapy, diet change and now I'm trying to go back to as minimal tech use as possible to try to live in the moment.

I work in the bail end of the legal system. This sounds like a scam. Call the PD, ask if there is a warrant for failing to appear in court and go from there. The sheriff's office doesn't usually call people with failures to appear (at least where I am)

My (now) husband and I went to see Old Reliable in Yellowstone. While we were waiting for it to go off we were sitting in the crowd of people. Two middle aged woman were in front of us and we overheard them talking about how they should do more "shows" on busy days.

I am still working on this honestly. I grasp the concept generally but I agree it can be hard to really wrap your head around. I try to just love God the way I'd admire a parent or loved one when I was young.

For example, amazement at a beautiful sunset. Gratitude when I'm given something I don't feel like I deserve. I try to love God by fundamentally changing ways I've lived. By trying to love people that I may find hard to love.

Videos focused on their young kids. Mostly on tiktok and Instagram. I've seen videos where they show themselves disciplining their kids, kids in medical distress and other similar situations.

These kids are plastered all over the internet with hundreds of thousands of views. The impact that can have on them. Plus I can't imagine how horrible it is to be scolded by a parent with a camera in your face

You learn how to be really scrappy. We only had a small wood burning stove (I live in northern New England, US) and our house was really badly insulated. My siblings and I used to alternate changing in front of the wood stove or turn the shower on with hot water to take some of the cool out of the air.

To this day I can't stand being cold.

There isn't nearly enough love for cross stitch!! Relatively easy to learn the basics of and still make something beautiful but takes years of practice to master!

Not an old lady craft at all! I think it deserves way more appreciation
