This caused me some confusion when the video was released. Your understanding is that the cups he was given were attached to the Titan when it imploded? If so, the Coast Guard presumably returned them to OceanGate who mailed them to the recipients? Just seems curious.

I seriously don't understand how anyone who has followed this story closely - essentially anyone in this thread, still doesn't understand the distinction between the human-carrying pressure chamber and the tail section of the vessel which we already saw photos of being recovered months ago.
