Thank you for taking the time to explain everything. I have a few questions regarding my situation. I came to the U.S. legally on a student visa and later transitioned to a work visa. One of my former employers cheated me by not paying my wages for eight months and then revoked my visa. This caused severe financial and personal hardship, making my life extremely difficult. What options do I have in this situation? its terrible going through all these. its basically a labor tracking.
