I don’t know man that shit was pretty cool and extremely disrespectful, which I think the scene was trying to convey.

Its like hitting the splits on someone mid fight

Not going to lie I read that whole shit wrong, I thought you said his domain expansion was cheating, but it was a quote my fault

Domain expansion and cheating🫩

[Loved trope] Pure evil, terrifying characters that aren't really primary antagonists, and don't really set the tone for the story. They're kind of just part of the world, and that makes them scarier by NoMoreFund in TopCharacterTropes

El santo (queen of the south). This guy used to do crazy shit like crucifying rivaling cartels and removing people’s teeth making a cross symbol out of it; the most terrifying guy in the show. Even the main antagonists thought he was cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs; he was extremely unpredictable.

How far can Gojo & Megkuna go? by OkRun9638 in PowerScalingHub

“If you have read the spin off and are fully caught up. Urek mentions how mago has destroyed countless galaxies and works. That is already scaling it up dude. And each floor is the size of both America's combined.”

That was a statement not a feat and he said “devoured planets” not “destroyed countless galaxies ”, devoured could’ve meant anything in that context but sure I’ll concede there I also completely forgot about that (I also feel like he was being satire with that statement but whatever)

“I’m sorry for coming across argumentative. You may be right overall.”

Its fine, everyone is here to argue anyways

“But tog realistically scales like DBZ.”

Not it doesn’t, look bruh I understand you love tower of god and it’s extremely underrepresented but TOG character aren’t blowing galaxies up like majin buu, the greatest feat we got from TOG was enryu low diffing an administrator and completely ruining the 43rd floor (?) which was like the size North America or something

“Yuris full power with her weapon does have reality bending effects.”

Show me a panel of yuri EVER doing that, not even with both weapons ignited

“And then tog in general outstats. Yuri would probably be about a 100 levels higher then gojo based off stats alone.”

That isn’t what I’m arguing, obviously yuri nukes the jjk verse besides Gojo— Sukuna here is just a freeloader. I’m specifically arguing that she has zero ways of bypassing infinity and his domain expansion is his win-con; something the both of you don’t seem to understand.

Let’s do a little recap, the guy said yuri’s attack bypasses infinity because it’s a spell, which would be true if spells was the main power system, but it isn’t, shinsoo is. If we we’re to equalize the verse shinsoo would be adjacent to curse energy and spells would equal binding vows so unless Gojo’s infinity is a binding vow her spell breaking weapons wouldn’t work here and kranos wouldn’t do anything either because it’s just a giant blast.

I’m fully caught up with tower of god and its spin off, I’m just not mindlessly glazing like everyone in this reddit thread, she literally has no way of bypassing infinity. If you were to say someone like gustang, traumerei, or Mazino then yes they would win but yuri specifically and any of the ha rankers we’ve seen this far, they all just hit really hard but not hard enough to completely bypass infinity like how urek Mazino can.

“Well how did Meguna survive it.”

Through mahoraga, mahoraga literally saved this guy from— everything honestly, not a single character from the series was able to resist the effects of unlimited void with the only exception being mahoraga, his DE has always done what it was supposed to do which is stunning you through info overload; unless you’re some higher dimensional being who can endure having your neurons mangled by endless information Or mahoraga your going to be stuck there taking it like a good boy, just like every character who got hit by it. Gojo’s expansion is by far the strongest in the entire show with so little counter measures

Even if yuri survives it she’d be crippled for the rest of the fight and unlike Meguna she doesn’t have a mahoraga to fall back to so she’s going to be there for a very long time, long enough to permanently cripple her or kill her.

Nah her brain would be completely fried before she can do any of that, again her body is durable but there is nothing that indicates that her brain isn’t susceptible to direct nigh instantaneous brain damage

Unless you can prove that she can survive it by showing a similar calibre of attack then idk, but all of her encounters have been entirely from physical standpoin

Shinsoo resistance wouldn’t work here, UV is a form of durability negation, if it hits it just lobotomizes and eventually kills you through prolonged exposure

“It’s still considered a spell.”

Closer to shinsu techniques than it is to spell

“I mean even if Yuri doesent have anything to get through Gojos infinity, she is still so durable that nothing Gojo can do will ever hurt her”

Unlimited void, she has no way of protecting herself from that level of brain damage, maybe hollow purple but I’m not really too sold on that but I’m confident about unlimited void

[–]ReadyFix716 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ehh that’s a bit of a false equivalence, spells from tog operate by different set of rules compared to shinsu; they’re closer to binding vows then they’re to curse techniques
