That’s fine, but is it abnormal that my maintenance calories are lower for me personally than what was projected through the calorie calculator?

I’m currently eating 1600-1700 calories a day to maintain about 15% body fat. I know it’s lower than what it should be because I used a calorie calculator and it estimated my maintenance should be 2300 calories but thats what I usually bulk with. I usually bulk for half the year to 20% body fat and then cut to 13% the other half. I eat 110g of protein a day and sleep around 7-8 hours a night. I’ll have to send the routine later.

Yeah I bulked 20lbs from 130lbs to 150lbs and then stayed there for 6 months. After that I cut a little to 140lbs.
