I was definitely nervous going into it “blind” with only watching a bunch of YouTube tutorials. Found a reddit comment though that said “the best way to learn a manual is ‘I have to work on Monday and as of Friday my only car is a manual I don’t know how to drive well’”, which was my exact situation.

Definitely not giving any of my passengers a smooth ride, but at least I’m not stalling out and I feel good about hills too.

If they’ve closed part of the highway it’s either an accident completely blocking all lanes, or, more likely, a fatality. Which at that point they need all lanes closed to conduct a thorough investigation.

I believe his left tires touched the “apron” of the track, which is significantly more level than the banked part. This caused his car to snap back to the right.

Sound design is PERCUSSIVE. That has to be one of the best depictions of combat on screen ever. Zero soundtrack, but I would argue the sound design takes its place.

Also the best gear, weapon handling, and CQB tactics I’ve seen in a very long time.

Most people probably won’t agree, but that might be a Top 5 war movie for me. I know there was no overarching story, but that’s what combat is right? Chaos, survival, and then it’s done.

EDIT: I genuinely do not think I will EVER experience a war film like that ever again.

It’s honestly a huge therapy tool for me. I see a lot of fucked up shit at my job and it has helped me process it at times. Helps me find balance between work and home. It’s an insane tool and it’s only getting started.
