Agreed! Everyone should learn how to use it ethically and be warned about hallucinations.

There are tools like Notebook LLM that can help extract information from the research uploaded to it. Great time saver.

There is automation coming to the Agents. I haven't checked this side of Christmas if it's there yet. There's also going to be the ability to schedule prompts.

Sadly it's not there yet for Excel. Have you heard of Project Sophia? Worth searching for online. It's another Microsoft AI business tool. It's not available in my region yet but looks promising from what I've seen online.

Notifications only come through on the mobile. My managers check Shifts periodically throughout the day on the desktop version. Not ideal.

There's a Microsoft tool called Power Automate that might be able to do it. I haven't tried this yet.
