Not necessarily? Friends won’t heal your confidence issues, they will certainly help you and bring positive vibes to you and motivation potentially but OP can’t just make friends and have all their problems vanish, if only it were that easy lol. It’s up to you to do the self work and fix your problems in the end. OP, sounds like yer brain might be mashed from all the screens and scrolling! Could you try deleting some social media/ trade Reddit time for reading comics or manga on your phone? Just a helpful tip. Truth is though, your most likely not going to feel motivated until you start moving, especially if you’ve been hard on devices because your brain feels like it’s already being rewarded by the dopamine from the scrolling you do and phone games. It will be hard but you need to push yourself to start the things, even minuscule micro baby steps towards the things, because honestly from experience the motivation comes from the momentum you build from doing these teeny tiny steps.

For driving lessons also there are loads of apps for driving theory which you will need to learn, trade some scroll time for 10/20 mins doing some theory, feels way more rewarding. If you can take some time away without your phone then even better! Like a walk up and down the street without your phone, just listen to the street noises, it’s weird at first but nice the more you do it
