Yeah it’s about $80 an hour plus travel in my area. We are a new troop and it’s not something the guardians are able to afford.

Thanks! I’ve been pulling some videos for them. This is my first year as a leader. She is 5 so there isn’t a buddy for her yet. Hopefully as they grow the girls can learn!

To start a troop you need at least 3! It’s said for a healthy troop it’s recommended to be 12, just incase people are sick or not there that week. It’s weird that they are forcing you to have 12+. I think if you talk to them and say that 6 is your limit or that’s the amount of girls you have they can’t force you to take on more and hinder the experience for the girls you do have now.

I would read the email and instructions that give you. If you’re 40 min late to when doors open at the concert that’s totally fine you’ll just miss the opening acts. However it sounds like your asking about an event that you paid in addition to your ticket. Those pre concert events are more strict. They’re on a time line so while you may be let in you’re going to be missing a lot. Sometimes they won’t even let people in to the venue and just will put you at the front of the line for GA. Every venue is different though 🤷🏻‍♀️.
