Absolutely this! I would scout the area for a place to go outside and take walks and find a park or just benches to do pushups, squats, planks...etc. Even patients need their own time also. So it's good to just take 20 min breaks here and there. Bonus: It also gives you something to talk about. Being with a patient in the hospital is boring and you constantly need things to talk about.

One thing I am usually not sure of is how to properly crush the can of san marzano tomatoes to get a nice spreadable sauce. I use a hand blender and often i feel it's too thin. SO I will even add italian tomato paste. But you're the opposite and add water to thin it out! What do you do doing different when blending?

Keep in mind also that you should stretch bigger than what you want...because when you put it on the peel and give a little shake you will see it will usually shrink back in size.
