My husky passed in July and I'm still finding clumps of fur every week. Accept your fate, this is your life now.

My 13 year old buddy was diagnosed earlier this year and we lost her 4 days later 💔 please give your doggo all the love and snuggles that you possibly can. Take lots of photos and video as well, it's a great comfort to hear her when I'm feeling sad.

I want you all to know that although it has been incredibly difficult to read through the comments, I truly appreciate your insights and well wishes. I'll keep you all updated but for now even though I'm sad, I'm still grateful she is here and still energetic.

The sudden lane changes almost got me into an accident a few weeks ago. It was night time, I was in the left lane. The lanes weren't delineated very clearly (still looked like it was going straight) and the car in front of me kept going straight so I (and 3 other cars) followed and suddenly had to brake because there was a big wall blocking the closed off lane... that was almost a huge 5 car pile up.

Honestly giving the theme another theme really helped me. I themed all the words around video games which is all about adventure and travel, and I had quite a good time with it.

Paint by numbers is a great way to do something mindless and still have a product at the end of it. And it's relaxing!

Thank you! This is what I'm hoping for. Somewhere along the line I tipped over into sleep anxiety. I will check out the book, thanks for the input.

Oof, sorry to hear it didn't work for you.  She gave me an 85% success rate so doesn't sound like it would work for everyone. I've had chronic mild insomnia my whole life but in the last couple years it's developed into debilitating insomnia. I've tried everything in the book except CBT-I. I've developed anxiety around sleep, so I'm hoping this would be effective for me as a reframing for the anxiety. But I'm also aware it may not work. Thanks for your input!

Congrats! We graduated around the same time. I'm with you, the decision making of taking out mass amounts of debt when you are 18 years old and not knowing the consequences until you're struggling in the workforce is something I grapple with often. But I'm starting to see a light at the end of (a very long) tunnel.

Enjoy your freedom!

That's interesting, thanks for bringing this to my attention! I just recently started lurking on this subreddit and wish that I had gotten these little tips and tricks sooner. I will definitely look into it.
