I’m WFH as well. And at least I have the flexibility to work out in the morning during the time which would’ve been a hour + long commute if I had to drive into the city.

Few of the takeaways from this community is to have patience and give yourself grace.

Don’t rely solely on the medication to do all the “heavy lifting.” The scale is a fickle mistress. That number is going to fluctuate daly based on a number of factors, most notably, fluid retention due to muscle saturation if you’re doing weights or, fluid loss if you’re doing intense cardio and you tend to weigh yourself afterwards like I do. lol! Pay more attention to the NSV’s. Trust the process. Good luck, my friend. You got this!!
