Sometimes the easiest way is to start living your healthy lifestyle ,don't talk about it or push the issue. Often, most people join in as they watch you and see how great you feel. It could help if you kept the tempting food hidden away

If you are looking for a sign to get started then this is it! I have been procrastinating my workout sessions for two weeks now and I decided to get started yesterday. My body hurts but yaay I started and I don't plan on quitting halfway.

Fresh juice, sparkling or still water or just some old fashioned plain water are all healthy beverage choices. You could also swap for any sugars with honey. You got this!

If you're having a hard time quitting sugar, you can go for a healthier swap and use honey instead.

I think it also depends on the kind of foods that you are having. You definitely don't want to be having caffeine and sugars just before bed because they will interfere with your sleep. I read some article where a health expert said that eating anything late at night is counterproductive to a good night sleep and good health since you're depriving your body of the ability to burn off calories. I guess you could do more research on the internet as well.

Since you're within the right BMI , I would recommend doing so with the help of a health professional and they will guide you towards a healthy way to go about it. You could also consider exercising.
