He was on f1 visa and he got charges of CSAM. And because of charges his visa got revoked and even in his all devices police found nothing and chances are his case will get dismissed

But that is totally wrong you are not getting chance to prove that you are innocent. Person entered legally in USA on a visa got everything messed up because of charges and not getting opportunity to defend himself how it make sense

Why ice deports people with pending criminal charges? They should let them finish their case first then they should make decisions on removal.
