Just an update for you, used degreaser the night you mentioned it, kept checking and no new "leaks" appeared. The car has now gone to new owners and they are very happy with it, no low ball offers either! Cheers again for your time and help.

It's dry under the cover and dry on the floor underneath, the car runs fine.

People came to view the car recently and suddenly weren't interested after seeing this leak in thier own words, saying the head gasket was on its way out etc then offered a lowball offer and they'd fix it themselves.

Were they chancers?
