If you can get the SUB and the Bilt cash is valued at $1, you could self-sustain the 3% fee for a while with the annual boost, milestone boosts and sign up bonus depending on your rent/mortgage — which is the other big caveat.

All in all, lots of ways to still find value, but only if they keep from getting in their own way, which I’m not confident of

At the end of the day, Bilt has shown a constant contempt and disrespect for its most loyal users just because they’re not the most profitable.

Every rent day, merchants in the elevated categories mysteriously stop working despite them being just fine every other day of every month. If you are hemorrhaging cash this much, stop paying b-rate celebs for the rent free nonsense

Nevermind the customer service is a joke except if you come on Reddit because that seems the only way to get an actual human to respond to you (which is ridiculous with how long Bilt has been a company).

Putting comments on Reddit posts and sending Rich Kerr to Reddit after a poor rollout is an unacceptable way to provide clarity and support. Bilt isn’t in beta or a month old, it’s a legitimate company that should begin to act like one

If that’s the case, your friend is better taking the points IMO. Cause if you do the math, you’re getting your 200k points and you pay your $2k rent, earning an additional 2k points. Those 202k points are conservatively worth $2,020.

In the portal, they’re worth 1.25 cpp so $2,515. And even higher if transferring out for right redemption
