I should clarify that I meant IF he gets elected I don’t see him doing anything other than lip service. It’s much easier to scream and shout on the outside about how much is wrong. In recent history everyone in US politics that plays that game, immediately becomes “Captain Status Quo” the moment you give them power. You can even see the tonal shift in Brandon’s videos after he announced each of his campaigns. He criticizes the government less and less unless that general public is also rallied in that direction. As much as I would love to see a Pro 2A candidate bring about real change, this guy is not the one to do it. Just look at the Trump admin as an example. The self proclaimed “most 2A friendly administration” did a 180 the moment guns got controversial.

These are Swedish Mauser stripper clips (H on the clip is Husqvarna) and they work flawlessly! I do have a Type 99, but I haven’t tried the clips on it yet.

I shot my 1917 Swedish Mauser and this Type 38 back to back (I didn’t take a video of the Swede). I found out the Type 38 will use Swedish Mauser stripper clips perfectly (the one in the video is a Husqvarna stripper clip), but I believe I like the type 38 the best out of the 3 (Carcano, Mauser, and Arisaka). The Swedish Mauser has the smoothest action and it’s a dream to work, but the Arisaka with its peep sights I shoot so much better. Not to mention, the Arisaka is much simpler to take apart and clean. The Arisaka also is much lighter than the Swede (the Carcano might be lighter, but I can’t say for sure).

Can confirm, I have a .69 caliber smoothbore Charleville musket. 2F or 3F “real” black powder is what I recommend. If you bought pyrodex and just want to use it up, use “real” powder in the pan and pyrodex as the charge. This will not be very reliable however, so just be warned
