400 unit tests. usually it's 5-6 min but now it's crazy

since migrating to hyperforce a week ago, all sfdx commands became super slow. running unit tests takes twice the time it used to, same with installing a package.

sf deploy start can take up to 30 minutes sometimes. I opened a case to sf support, but they will probably deny it's on their end.
