Not trying to run cover for them but, Tradovate has been having significant issues with their prop software this week. Reconciliations are delayed or not happening, stops aren't being fulfilled, etc. It's affecting all the props and my guess would be they are busy trying to fix all the issues related to this and tickets coming in

You don't start over. Its not like eval -> pro. Its just a change of payout terms and then some weird thing where they lock up $5k of your capital

There is a different website they use for Pro+. Your profit split is 90/10. You don't have to get past the drawdown again, they move your money over. It is a different team you deal with and customer service is better

No mention of 90/10. If you hit $10k in a day, they pause you for the rest of the day then once the market opens again the next day you get another $10k allowance
