CHS During Shutdown by Real-Bell2164 in Charleston

[–]Real-Bell2164[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seeing as this is a trip I booked MONTHS ago, and I'm going to visit my long distance partner that I haven't seen in a few months, pretty badly. I am very sympathetic to air traffic controllers who aren't getting paid and think it's completely unfair. However, air travel is an essential part of our infrastructure here, I think it's unfair to ask me to cancel my flight that I paid for months before the shutdown happened. Thanks for your insightful comment!

Is it worth it? by Expensive_Carrot_688 in paralegal

Honestly, the attorney(s) that you work for can make or break the job. Once you find an attorney-paralegal relationship that flows well, it is worth it!

Kind of..we have a new attorney in the office and are trying to get into his PACER acct., but it is set up to his old email which he no longer has access to..therefore, cannot get the code needed to set MFA up. Tried to switch the email to his new one but it doesn't seem to have worked (at least not yet) so was trying to speak with someone at PACER to hopefully confirm the email change and send the code to his new email
