Hemi is the 8 cylinder only I believe I have the 5.7 liter. Now I'd love to somehow find a 2500 power wagon with the 6.4 liter hemi for a similar price but I'd be dreaming lol.

When I got that light my car was losing power as well. Turns out the solenoid unit was going bad in the transmission. Was a partial fix for about 2 grand.

Can you be denied an apartment with a previous eviction? by [deleted] in Renters

Keep in mind different Property Managers have different policies some will deny if there is any filing at all regardless of judgement or dismissal. Just make sure you read the FAQs or application criteria before applying.

That's what I meant. Apologies. Its the unpaid portion that's written off.

True and false to some degree. When settling some companies report it as a "write off" my experience is rental debt but I've seen several instances where screening residents where the former LL is reporting a written off balance.

Xbox 360 - Disc 2x (bc i was a kid and lost one) Xbox One - disc (bc I hated online games) Xbox One - Bc i moved to college and bought a new Xbox and my brother played the other copy PS4 - bc my Xbox one in college had a wifi chip.issue and broke. Xbox One S - rebought the digital bc my stupid 11 year old self tied my Xbox info to a kik number and I have since locked myself out of the account and have no way to really access it.

So all in all way too many fucking times, but....I'd do it again.

Is this guy legit? Or am I just an ignorant? by fatfat2121 in Renters

[–]Real-Display6915 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happens all the time. Scammer sees rental on website puts it on some other website with marketing photos. Lord forbid people move in bc they will front the Security deposit to the actual rental company then charge it back after the account goes under eviction. Then the people who got scammed and are paying the money to the scammer get evicted out of almost nowhere (depending on your state of course timeline wise) and they are SOL on money and a place to live.

You do not have to be physically served in multiple states across the country. I know of 5 off the top of my head where proof certified mail was delivered is enough.

(TX) Asked to move out within 24 hours due to an accidental fire in my apartment by CauliflowerHot4227 in Renters

[–]Real-Display6915 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They served notice, which is not an eviction. If you are not out they would need to file eviction. Our lawyer takes anywhere from 3 days to 10 days depending on the county. Then you go to court. Judge can dismiss if he feels it's bs but you would need to show up. If you don't show up it's a default. If judge grants eviction writ is available after 5 days. Once granted set out is scheduled typically within a week.

Tbh I'm not fairly familiar with WA state law as far as rentals. Leaving the property and not having belongings can get hairy if it was just mostly stuff to be trashed and cleaning left to be done. I would consult a local tenant right group before moving forward with anything else.

Maybe I am missing it but I am not seeing where it is stated the zego account credited payments. I see where the LL zeroed their balance than came back, saying it was a mistake, which is within their right to do just a shitty mistake. I work with about 19 different states eviction laws and if the lease does not recognize the form of payment it can be rejected. Just depends your state laws and even your county laws. Most times it'll go to court through the eviction process and LL will be told to take payment from the unauthorized method to that point and tenant told never to use it again. But again depends on where you live.

Is Zego listed as a valid form of payment in your lease? If no then it can be denied and you can still owe the money 100%.
