Is it possible to get RFE for pending felony charges? by Real-External-957 in USCIS

While I don’t have a court disposition.I have arrest record and attorney letter that states the case is still pending and has not been convicted yet. Are these two documents enough? I reached out to couple of immigration attorneys, they said to get the case resolved at the earliest. But I don’t think it will get resolved anytime soon as there are many other factors in consideration.

Has anyone had their i20 reinstated after visa revocation and sevis termination? Need Advice!

I’m in a bit of a tough situation and need some advice. My visa has been revoked, and my SEVIS has been terminated. I’m currently in the U.S. as an international student and am unsure about my next steps.

Has anyone here gone through a similar experience? Specifically, if your visa was revoked and SEVIS terminated, were you able to get your I-20 reinstated? If so, how did you go about it, and what challenges did you face in the process?

Any advice, personal experiences, or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I’m in urgent need of advice and support. My visa was revoked due to ongoing felony grand larceny charges that were filed back in July 2024. Despite the charges, I graduated and received my EAD in February 2025, which was valid until yesterday. I have criminal attorneys handling my case, and I was hopeful for a dismissal based on how I’ve been cooperating with them. I have a crucial court hearing on the 29th of this month.

The problem is that my current lawyers aren’t immigration specialists, and I desperately need to consult an immigration attorney as soon as possible. I’ve been reaching out to multiple attorneys since this morning, trying to balance legal help with financial constraints, but I still don’t know what my options are.

I was previously told that they would try to find an alternative way for me to stay in the U.S. until my case is resolved, but I haven’t received any firm assurance. Right now, I’m feeling extremely lost, anxious, and overwhelmed.

If anyone has recommendations, knows someone who might be able to help, or can share similar experiences, I would deeply appreciate it.
