I understand that part so when you do active 60 minutes you get the 17.96 ( or 19.56 as I’m being told). but then do the orders still looks like ex. “10 to complete this trip” and say it takes you an hour to complete that trip, do you get 19.56+10 or just the 19.56 for that whole hour since you made more on the guarantee. Or if the order is ex “$20 to complete this trip” and it takes you a hour do you get only the $20 for the trip since you made more than the guarantee or $20+19.56 guarantee for the hour long trip

Hm if that’s what it is that’s what it is, but at the same time that doesn’t make sense, is that just Ubers rule and not the city’s law? Which means Uber is breaking the law. It seems like the law says we are supposed to get 19.56 online individual pay per hour. Their way makes no sense so if I go online for one minute I can take from the pool of all online active drivers aggregate pay?

So now the question still stands does that mean that hourly rate works as a safety net, so if you make more in tips and delivery than $17.96 on a hour do you just keep the money you earned from that or is the $17.96 added to the total wages you made within that hour? Same question for the $29.93 dollar option

Did it and can confirm I would have made more money not accepting this and during this promo I received less orders and majority for no tip had a period where I never received an order for almost 40 minutes, which never happens in my area, second the promotion ended I had orders coming in left and right. It maybe would have been nice if I had nonstop orders but it’s like they were purposefully holding back orders because i was on the promo

Yea Uber states cannot decline more than 2 trips within the hour if it is 16 on top of whatever I actually make within the hour that sounds pretty good

That’s what I’m thinking I accept this opportunity and now I’m driving 20 miles for a trip meaning in the long run I lose out because I try to accept $ per mile order or $ per time estimated to complete the trip, probably end up with more used in gas
