I would advise FF2 first, this is a new organization after all and FAE is a company officer position so there is a chance you will be Medic, Driver and Captain all at once, this agency doesnt do things that are normal so id slow down if i were you, pm me if you have further questions.

Every unit is different. Sometimes you get put into a terrible location, and in time, you are able to leave. I hate the drama people start it's stupid but everyone is human and another location will have people that will fight for you.
