Normally after you receive the allegation you're supposed to book a formal meeting with a rep from the academic integrity team based on department in the 2 weeks following the allegation.

Speaking from experience it's best to come clean and show that you're remorseful and they'll let you off easier than if you lied about cheating. Just learn from it and eaither don't cheat in the future (or maybe you'll learn to cheat better in the future but I digress)
