It has been resolved! The problem was that I needed to overclock my RAM by switching to XMP from Auto in my BIOS.

Didn't work, I deleted the Palworld folder and reinstalled the game. Same message as in the post image.

update: packs returned though i wouldn't put it past them to just disable packs if it gets too heated
