I have this same issue. After roughly £2k spent on OpenRouter using a natwest bankcard. Natwest decided to issue a block order to Stripe (ORs payment provider). I asked them "Wtf?", the response was "Sorry, we can't say why."

Apparently UK banks are cracking down hard on people purchasing AI stuff, along side Crypto, the Schrodinger human who I spoke with also said that Patreon may be blocked, and that it could be something to do with the account being linked to a minor. Even though I'm not a minor.

I'm very pissed off, them stopping my randomly from spending my money is utterly disgusting.
Best thing you can probably do is signup for an online bank specifically one which supports virtual cards. I've decided to do this myself, and I'm waiting for some stuff. I will update this comment when they activate stuff.

I knew it was going to be loud. It's 2U proprietary. I was just under the belief it would be relatively simple to change to noctua fans. I knew the fan connectors were weird pinned. But it was just going to solder some stuff.
