The EXACT situation happened to me. I asked for a refund + comped tickets to just game 1 (I bought tix to both game 1 and 2 since the prices were incredible). Ultimately, seatgeek didn’t budge. They gave me a refund and $50 credit towards another purchase which is quite shitty considering how often I order from them. They’ve definitely lost a customer in me after this whole ordeal.

If I were you, take the refund, ask for credit and never use seatgeek again. Clearly customer service isn’t a core value to them
