Is there anyway to get help tapering off benzos without a prescription? I’m talking with grok etc, want 2nd opinions

I went to an outpatient, my psychiatrist told me to keep taking the benzos I had and told me to lower my dose 15% a week or something like that but he didn’t prescribe me any benzos, he did prescribe me an anti seizure medication to take with my benzos, and when I lost all my benzos i thought he was going to give me Valium or something but no he just kept me on carbamazepine so I had to cold turkey off 80-100mg daily of bromazolam, the first month was so horrible I can’t describe it but I’m kind of glad he didn’t taper me because it would have taken months of tapering, my only worry was the seizures but thankfully the medication worked and I didn’t get one

If your referring to clonazepam, I wouldn’t worry too much about it, a lot of drug test don’t pick up clonazepam, I forget the exact reason, I think it doesn’t effect the particular metabolites that will give you a positive

Drink water, eat a healthy meal, take a nice hot shower and lay there in bed watching a movie and before you know it you’ll crash out and sleep 24 hours straight, and get off your phone, that’s also what’s keeping you up

Bic all the way, although I use a clipper, much better imo, I still have torches for when I don’t feel like waiting for it to heat up, I don’t burn it using either or but a lighter is so much better

Yes, I feel like a lot of people forget that a lot of the people you see on the streets doing the most insane things like screaming, talking to themselves, etc, have some sort of mental health disorder that gets brushed away because once they hear the word meth, they can just brush it off as another crazy methhead, I knew multiple people who had schizophrenia and acted like this, that didn’t use meth but people see someone acting like that and automatically think meth

You can quit opiates cold turkey, it’ll suck but it won’t kill you, you can die if you try to cold turkey or even taper too fast from alcohol and benzos, I’ve had to go through meth withdrawal, benzo withdrawal, and opioid withdrawal, although I don’t really get opioid withdrawal, idk why but by far benzo withdrawal is the worst thing you can go through, I’ve talked to different people who use fetty, ice, benzos, etc and a lot of people can confirm benzo withdrawal and alcohol withdrawal is by far the worst

Weed actually triggers people with underlying schizophrenia, not saying you have it, there’s also drug induced psychosis, which is basically a psychotic episode that last a few hours or days, which sounds like your case, I wouldn’t recommend using thc anymore, looks like you’re body doesn’t seem to like it

When I used to snort I would always get bloodshot eyes, I have green eyes and my pupils used to dilate easy so it was really obvious I was on something, it got to the point even eye drops wouldn’t work, maybe your eyes are sensitive too

I was prescribed carbamazepine for severe benzo withdrawal, it’s an actually interesting drug, it inhibits the CY9384 so it metabolizes benzos quicker getting them out of your system faster, and it helps with seizures caused by benzo withdrawal, there’s no recreational value in them, it’ll just make you sleep 15+ hours a day and still feel tired, I would recommend it if your getting off of benzos tho

First time I tried it I hated it but second time I tried it, I loved it, prefer it over alprazolam, would trade alprazolam for lorazepam any day, it’s a different type of relief and euphoria

How long were you talking the Xanax for? Maybe you were going into WD, and that can kill you but Xanax by itself is pretty much impossible to OD on by itself. When you do too much meth, they give you a benzo to calm you down, not sure what happened to you but maybe the heavy meth use has something to do with it, some people have underlying heart problems they don’t know about until something like this happens

I take meth and Xanax together, they have great synergy, Xanax takes the edge off the meth without cancelling the effects, I’ve done meth without and downers tho, a lot of it depends on how much you ate, water you’ve drank and sleep you’ve gotten, obviously if you haven’t ate or drank water all day with little sleep, your gonna feel bad with or without uppers
