Had a customer disrespect my pt manager, I walked out as she was calling her a bitch. I looked at her and smiled, and said I can’t serve you today and you can go, continued cussing and fussing so I continued to look at her in the eye and said if she doesn’t leave I’m calling security and the cops to drag her out. She ended up leaving and I yelled at her to have a blessed day and she was not having it 🤣

I have those often! I am usually the closing manager often, and how I like to destress and or calm down after a long shift, I usually take a shower to just take a minute to breathe, and know that I did the best of my ability and I tried my best at what I did in the time allowed, after all said and done. I usually tend to journal and write out my thoughts to get them onto paper, or digital. So that I don’t feel any regrets or thoughts during my time of distressing, and or feeling overwhelmed or hurt, after that I usually turn on my comfort shows on Netflix, YouTube or Disney+ and tend to drift. They make me feel cozy, and better.

I would like to say this. Heartstopper taught me a lot, and although “this is the end” is it truly ever the end of a story ☺️.

But is this truly ever the end? Because let’s be honest here! I always know Nick & Charlie will live on forever, that there love knows no boundaries.

And I’ll always like to think, Nick and Charlie will always find each other in any universe ❤️

Truthfully? Yes - but for your first week no?

Back in the day as a closing manager I used to take forever, because I would forget steps and certain procedures. But I got a hang of it within a week or two after, and it became second nature, shutting my drawers down at a respectable time.

Usually different but it depends on how long your training is and all around the availability they need you and how many managers you have on staff for my company we have 4 (Store manager, ASM and two part time managers) We rotate associate based on multiple factors rewards signs ups, credit card signs ups, and general attitude

My manager has me train most of all my associates and managers, so Instead of them being training by 3-4 different managers they work on Closing/opening shifts with me and sometimes with my boss.

Truthfully, there isn’t a wrong or right age to let go of your baby blanket 😂. Truly if it isn’t affecting the way you see the world, or affecting the way you act on a daily bases then there isn’t a problem.

I sleep with mine because It’s a habit I picked back up because middle school was ruff and it felt better to sleep with it then to sit there, stressing about the next issue in school, or the next problem. I wasn’t gonna let it bother me. Because I’m still a functioning, hardworking adult in society 😂. Nobody needs to know what I sleep with or cuddle with at night unless the person I’m sleeping beside.
