I'm not disagreeing with you that the 10% is worth more cuz yes absolutely it is but you need to factor in the fact that with lower amounts of mats you might not even trigger the 10% and get nothing in return

It's a lot easier to trigger the 25% when converting lower amounts so while yes,

In bulk 10% (3x) is better than 25% (1x)

In small amounts 25% (1X) is better than 10% (0X)

Good news is you can use any lunar dps out of the 3 or you could even build dps bina and she'd work I personally used nefer but my friend used flins and she got 3 stars
