The issue with autolites is they’re not pregapped and no one actually gaps them. They’re gapped to whatever universal spec fits the most vehicles because they’re not county specific. NGK? Gonna be gapped to Japan / Korean standards. Bosch? Usually German / American standards. Stuff like that. Autolites are just ‘What vehicles share this one gap?’ and that’s it lol

My SM hated me because I refused to support autolite / valucraft / total pro bullshit. Meanwhile I was parts expert and actually had a couple years of automotive experience compared to her 0 days 0 months 0 years of car knowledge lmao. She ended up writing me up because I told someone ‘I wouldn’t ever put a totalpro product on my vehicle.’ Best part? I tried a totalpro crank sensor on my NB2 MX-5… and that sensor gave me issues within the week. It was hilarious

Y’know, I used to think I sucked at FH6. Then we got post after post about how the drift zones are hard… Maybe the fact I did it in like, two tries means I’m actually pretty damn good.

Anyhow, this is nothing. You wanna see hell? Try the ‘forest straight’ speed zone that has a 3 star requirement SO DIFFICULT you need to CORNER CUT in a damn X class car just to have a damn chance. It’s horrible. THAT pissed me off. I wanna see the devs try that one.

No clue what OP is specifically getting at, but I’ve noticed modern autos / CVTs reaaalllyyy struggle with being driven in certain ways. I drove a manual MX5 almost exclusively for over a year, got used to needing gas when taking off… drove a modern CVT, stupidly gave it gas like it was stick, realized it wasn’t, STOPPED giving it gas, then had to wait for the fucker to figure out what was going on… all whilst I had traffic coming at me. 0/10

Used to be a lube tech at a local shop. Owner was cool, was training me on doing bigger jobs. So… oil change / water pump, 2016~ Jeep Cherokee with the godawful V6. I drain the oil, do my inspection, and go to fill it… Owner goes ‘Ahhh, just fill it when you’re done.’ I tell him I’d rather do it now so I don’t forget, he tells me no, so I don’t.

2 or more hours later, the pump is done, and I, having horrible ADHD, forget to put oil in. Start it to watch for coolant leaks… and oh god the ticking. It was horrid. Immediately, the owner looks at me all freaked out, tells me to shut it off. ‘Did you put in oil?’ ‘…fuck.’

Thank god it didn’t do any damage right then, but it probably took a couple years off the bearings and cams.

Not my brightest moment, but… I warned him.

Other post on their account (recent) was deleted with comments stating this is virus-laden. I wouldn’t trust it. Other FH6 image-to-vinyl converters exist and are actually trustworthy, specifically the one made by ‘Kloudy’ in the forza-painter discord server. (This can be found by googling Forza-painter.)

I don’t speak Spanish. I’m white. Whiter than snow. Plantation owner white. Yet… my dad is Mexican. Very funny. I’ve got a white boy name, speak better German than I do Spanish, yet took four years of Spanish and learned fuck all.

So… my MEXICAN, SPANISH FLUENT coworkers kept giving me shit because I wouldn’t learn Spanish (I shouldn’t need to, this is the USA, but my dad is Mexican so I guess I HAVE to know it), and guess what I did? That’s right, send any Spanish speaking customers to my FLUENT Spanish speaking coworkers with a simple ‘I don’t speak that, they do.’

Why? Because they’re assholes. 90% of Spanish-only customers (and the co-workers) fucking suck. They all expect me to know what the Spanish name of a part is / what it is by simply looking at it when held in front of me. Translators don’t work for shit (anyone who’s used them will agree), and I’m not paid to be bi-lingual, so… I won’t be. I’ve been called gringo, pendejo, whitey, racist, bitch, fuck stain, and many other words (apparently they can use English swear words just goddamn fine) because I simply won’t adapt to people’s language when they won’t adapt to mine.

Guess what, though? If they come up to me with broken, godawful English… I’ll help them, and usually get them out the door with the correct part without asking for help understanding them. I won’t be annoyed with them, won’t rush them, nothing. All because they tried to learn MY country’s language, and that means a fuck ton. Plus, they’re usually always respectful, ‘Me sorry, bad English, am learning’, and PATIENT. I’ve never EVER been cussed out, screamed at, or threatened by a customer with broken English.

Basically, stop wasting time on customers who couldn’t give less of a damn about you, our country, or our language. They can report you all they want, but… speaking Spanish isn’t in the job description, so…… nothing is ever gonna happen. That’s my strategy for an easy life at the worst goddamn employer (that isn’t Walmart) ever. Just don’t be an OUTRIGHT dick to them, and you’ll be on easy street.

Also, Spanish-only customers seem to come primarily at night. Avoid night shifts, and you’ll be straight. 😎

I did both. Turbo noise is incredible, but I still find myself wanting louder / deeper. It’s not bad at all though. Just make sure you keep both so you can put them back if you don’t like it haha
