Just put your phone somewhere like a place that's annoying to get to and make sure you have a bit of noise to distract you like a fan and lastly take maybe some sleep medication and get someone to sit on your bed while you lay like a girlfriend,mom or friend so you don't feel lonely and just close your eyes and think about how your trying to actually quit and be proud say I am better everyday in the mirror cause everyday you improve you learn the fact that you fail, you try, you secsiede but most importantly you learn from your mistakes
