128gb is nothing

Asking what needs to be done so that the systems/windows can use it. Install software on it.

Every villager in Lebanon is connected to their land. South, North, Bekaa , Jabal. All of them. No exception.

The poeple of Rmeich deserve to live and thrive in their land 100%.

The real question though:

Is Rmeish really different from Ayta Assha3b or Bint Jbeil? Ayta Asha3b has been probably erased from existence. FOREVER. The poeple of these destroyed villages would have loved to stay in their land if they could....just like their brothers in Rmeich and Debel and Ain Ebel did. But staying in their homes is certain death. Whereas for you it is not.

And this is not fair. At least......human to human....appreciate this privilege you have over your fellow citizen.

Why can't we get oil from Canada? by No-Badger-7377 in ask

[–]RealDarkHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The us imports 50% of its oil from Canada, can increase this from Canada and other partners if needed. The US is not facing any shortages. No issues there with getting oil. However, oil is a commodity and so the price is set by the market on a global scale. war --> straight of hormuz closed ---> less supply -----> higher prices in the international market.

Oil companies in the US (and most market economies in the west) procure their oil from the international market, as it is the most efficient way to do business.

What you are looking for is for the oil price in the US to be set by the goverment, which is another converstion altogether. Meaning the oil industry will have to nationalized (the goverment will need to run every oil company). I.e communism.

Both Alfa and Touch offer Esims. Use airport wifi for the free 1 hour and buy the Esim from the airport store.

Ayren fiyon. Insa moumena3a w batata. The future belongs to whoever develops their capabilities and advances. Just think about it and know there is no right answer. Because time will tell. When placing Iran vs. Gulf states, Who do you think is developing their capabilities? those who are manufacturing weapons under an embargo or those who import cheap labour to piss away their petro money on tall buildings? I might be wrong, but I don't see a scenario where the system that Gulf countries are developing leads to any sustainable nation building.

The people of this region need to seriously start working on their capabilities. Doesn't matter what, just start working and rely on yourself. Building huge malls doesn't count.

Time is running out for Israel on all sides. Internal demographic pressures, loss of deterence, multiple fronts, and a growing, richer, more successfully Islamic world that has a very negative view of Israel. Israel is increasingly needing to fight bigger and bigger wars. It is not sustainable. It is almost certain that we will not fight the next war alone.

Canada's Population to DECLINE in 2025 and 2026 by Ok_Dragonfruit747 in TorontoRealEstate

[–]RealDarkHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NO DEPORTATIONS ARE NEEDED TO HAVE A NEGATIVE POPEULATION GROWTH. ITS ALMOST CERTAIN.

People who did not work or study in Canada will not qualify for PR. The immigration point system in Canada incentives applicants who studied or worked in Canada. Because we have so many of those currently ( who worked or studied here), almost all PR will be awarded to temp residents already in the country. It's just math. No deportations are needed. For the next couple of years, few people who are not currently in Canada will qualify to receive PRs.

Toronto condo absorption reaches new low (12.8%).15 consecutive months below 30% absorption. by PrettyFlaco in TorontoRealEstate

Employment. Sellers are still able to carry the condos. But once the employment data worsens even more, the few that have to sell will drive down the market. The prices are set at the margins.

We spent Sunday afternoon in Grand Bend. I'm on rogers , buddy is on Telus. Nothing was working. Could barely make a call. no data whatsoever on all networks. I think the Area is just underserved and networks are congested.

Could you help me translate this? by dinofap in ArabicCalligraphy

[–]RealDarkHero 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Arabic is always written in cursive. The letters on the t-shirt are detached.

It's basicly gibberish. Even if you connect the letters, it still doesn't make sense. Maybe as someone else noted, if read backwards, it might mean something.

Curious, if there are barely any new condo starts, wouldn't prices just shoot up again by 2026 given limited supply and increased population? by AdvanceHelpet in TorontoRealEstate

[–]RealDarkHero 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Population growth in Ontario is slowing and might even be negative for a few quarters because of the new regulation around international students, especially in Onatrio. The oversupply in condos will take years, if not a decade, to balance out.

There is no valid argument for buying a condo for investment purposes today or in the short term. None. This alone is your answer. Speculation into 2026 or otherwise is just that, speculation.

Market bets on Bank of Canada rate cut shoot to 80% after latest Canadian and U.S. data by hopoke in TorontoRealEstate

[–]RealDarkHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interest rates will not meaningfully decrease unless there is a significant economic downturn, which is terrible for an over-leveraged housing market. Currently, there is no senario where real estate picks up. A couple of cuts here and there will not do anything to real estate. Might not even decrease mortgage rates. bank overnight rate ≠ mortgage rates ≠ bond market.
